2010 - 2011 PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration is currently on going. As of right now all we have are 5 spots in our Tuesday/Thursday afternoon spot, and one available for either 5 day or 3 day afternoons.

Registration is based on a first come first served basis. Registration is accepted at the Cynthia Neal Recreation Center, 8047 W. 91st Place. The office is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00-5:00 p.m.

You must bring your child’s birth certificate and immunization records with you at the time of registration. A note from your doctor stating that your child is up-to-date on his/her shots is also acceptable.
There is a $80 non-refundable deposit required when you register along with the payment if you register after our scheduled payment dates.

PRESCHOOL

3 - 5 Years Old

Must be 3 by September 1, 2010

There is a strict maximum of 24 students per time slot. No exceptions!

5 days a week (Full)

3 days a week (M/W/F) (Full)

2 days a week (T/TH) (Only Afternoons)

8:45 a.m. thru 11:45 a.m. (Full)

or

12:15 p.m. thru 3:15 p.m.

The following payment plan is suggested. YOU MUST PAY BY EACH DEADLINE OR A LATE FEE OF $10.00 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Of course, you may pay your balance in full at any time.

*Non-residents must add $15 to this fee. The $15 non-resident fee is due with the August 2, 2010 payment.
